We are seeking a dedicated Packing & Shipping Coordinator to manage our logistics and inventory operations. This part-time, on-site role is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our shipping processes and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping Coordination:

  • Ensure the prompt and accurate dispatch of orders for both KYNAH and Kiska brands.
  • Prepare and package items in accordance with established standards.
  • Manage logistics with shipping carriers, including scheduling pickups and drop-offs.

Inventory Management:

  • Receive and organize inventory shipments, ensuring timely processing.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to verify inventory accuracy.
  • Conduct monthly inventory counts to maintain precise records.

Returns Processing:

  • Handle returns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely refunds.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to resolve any issues related to returns.

Supplies Oversight:

  • Monitor and replenish packaging materials and operational supplies as necessary.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in back-of-house areas.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with inventory for promotional events and photoshoots.
  • Support the store team with inventory-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in logistics, shipping, or inventory management is preferred.
  • Ability to lift 25-30 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack and WhatsApp.

Compensation for this role ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with a requirement to be present on-site multiple times a week.
