Job Overview:

The Brand Transition initiative is structured in two distinct phases, requiring a project manager to effectively oversee and coordinate the execution across all product lines and regions. The current contract for the project manager will conclude as Phase 1 progresses according to the established timeline.

The approved staffing will be redirected to concentrate exclusively on North America, as planning for North American products has encountered delays and necessitates expedited scheduling to meet production commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional weekly meetings to ensure alignment and track progress.
  • Address and resolve issues promptly, contributing to the weekly performance scorecard.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather updates and ensure comprehensive communication.
  • Utilize expertise in brand transition programs to guide the team effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in large-scale Brand Management, particularly within the Life Sciences and Medical Device sectors.
  • Background in a manufacturing environment is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams while fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
  • A minimum of 7-11 years of relevant experience in the Medical Device or regulated industry is necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive and engaging demeanor, showcasing confidence in decision-making and project leadership while valuing team input.
