Job Summary

The Bellevue Hotel is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bus Person to join our team. As a Bus Person, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality service is provided to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including all tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.
  • Ensure all tables are properly set with clean china, glassware, silverware, and linen.
  • Break down trays of soiled dishes and linen in the dish room area according to established standards.
  • Assist servers by delivering and refilling beverages, pre-bussing tables, and promptly resolving any guest requests.
  • Complete daily opening and closing duties and cleaning according to established side-work checklist.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests in waiter's absence as needed.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to stand during entire shift.
  • Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings and weekends.
