- Maintain company vehicles and equipment, adhering to company standards and promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
- Participate in company-provided training opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential electrical wiring, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read blueprints, run conduits, wire, and terminate devices, perform quality control testing, and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in new and existing settings.
- Working knowledge of city codes and regulations.
- Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis.
- Results-driven in a high-energy environment.
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without additional manpower or equipment.
- Ability to work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely and on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights.
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes.
- Ability to work independently in a timely manner, ensuring job completion correctly the first time.
