Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of all physical assets within the Carnelian Woods community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and guests, fostering positive relationships through effective communication and support.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Oversee infrastructure maintenance, vendor management, and property compliance. Address facility-related concerns promptly, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, manage budgets, and prepare reports for the Community Manager and Board of Directors.
  • Compliance & Safety: Conduct regular property patrols, manage safety protocols, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Contractor's license (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
  • 2+ years of management and maintenance experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites
  • Ability to operate a Front-End Loader
  • Hands-on experience with physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds, extended walking, and standing
Working Conditions:
  • Primarily outdoor work in various weather conditions
  • On-call availability for emergencies, particularly during severe weather
  • Regular interaction with community members requiring strong communication and customer service skills
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $120,000 based on experience
