Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Care Specialist to join our team in North Brunswick, NJ. As a Pediatric Care Specialist, you will work directly with clients in their homes, providing one-on-one care and support to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.
You will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing personalized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes. This is a full-time position, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth within our organization.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid nursing license in the United States
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Experience working with pediatric clients and their families
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
