Clinical Care Provider for Adults and Children

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at LifeStance Health. As a national provider of mental healthcare services, we focus on delivering evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults suffering from various mental health issues. Our goal is to help individuals lead healthier, more fulfilling lives by improving access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare.
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be part of our clinical team working in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at our clinics nationwide and through our digital health telemedicine offering. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists throughout the US.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
* Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, as well as medication management consultations
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes
* Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
* Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification
* Current licensure in one or more US states with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification
* At least 2 years of experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in an outpatient care environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
