Golf Course Maintenance Staff Job Description
Raintree Country Club, a 36-hole private golf course located in south Charlotte, NC, is seeking a skilled Golf Course Maintenance Staff member to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the exceptional quality of our golf course.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate all equipment used daily in golf course maintenance operations.
- Mow greens, tees, and fairways with precision.
- Assist in fertilization and daily upkeep of the golf course.
- Report mechanical issues to the Head Mechanic.
- Install detailed drainage and irrigation systems as directed by the Superintendent.
- Ensure safety and proper operation of equipment.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and be in good physical condition.
- Reliable, respectful, and willing to learn.
