Maintenance Supervisor

LSA Management, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floating Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents and ensuring the maintenance of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Resident Relations and Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure consistency and follow-through in dealing with residents on all matters.
- Enforce policies of the community as delegated by the Community Manager.
- Maintenance Management
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements, to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
- Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify and correct hazardous property conditions or liability concerns.
- Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory while adhering to budget guidelines set by the Community Manager.
- Staff Leadership
- Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance activities for maintenance staff.
- Monitor work progress of each maintenance staff member on a daily basis, providing immediate assistance and instruction as needed.
- Conduct regular safety meetings, ensure all MSDS sheets are current and readily accessible, and keep up-to-date on all OSHA and other safety-related laws and requirements.
- At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
- One year of supervisory experience required.
- Expertise in general plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry work.
- HVAC certification.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work on-call and weekends as needed.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000.00 - $65,000 per year.
