About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Supervisor of Information Systems. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of our computer and telecommunications systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Planning and Implementation
    • Participate in the planning and implementation of new IT projects and initiatives
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures
  • System Maintenance and Repair
    • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of computer and telecommunications systems
    • Ensure the integrity and security of our IT systems
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and manage a team of IT support technicians
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, employees, and external partners
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and services
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in a computer technology service delivery capacity
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong technical knowledge of computer and telecommunications systems
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
