Our facilities are designed to foster a culture of respect and dignity, ensuring that our caregivers are valued members of our team. We are currently looking for both Caregiver and Lead Caregiver positions, with immediate openings available upon completion of necessary background checks.

Position Responsibilities

The primary role of the caregiver involves providing direct personal care and supervision to our residents, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction through assistance with daily activities. Effective communication with other departments is essential to meet the diverse needs of our residents.

Key Duties Include:
  1. Assisting residents with daily living activities, including medication administration, while adhering to community protocols and safety regulations.
  2. Implementing safety measures, including proper lifting techniques and universal precautions, during care provision.
  3. Following established schedules and individual care plans for each resident.
  4. Collaborating with team members to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  5. Monitoring residents' activities, nutritional intake, and overall well-being, taking appropriate actions as necessary.
  6. Reporting any changes in resident status to the supervisor promptly.
  7. Responding to resident emergencies by following established protocols and utilizing basic first aid training.
  8. Documenting any changes in resident conditions, including physical and psychosocial aspects.
  9. Seeking assistance when unable to complete assigned duties and communicating with the personal care coordinator.
  10. Fostering open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
  11. Adhering to company policies, including dress code and conduct guidelines.
  12. Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Health and Safety

All staff and residents are vaccinated, and personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided as necessary. Regular testing is conducted for all staff to ensure a safe environment.
