Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Actuary to join our team in a key role that will involve performing quarterly reserve reviews, enhancing methodology, and producing reports to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in actuarial science, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quarterly reserve reviews and enhance methodology to improve efficiency and accuracy of IBNR
  • Produce reports and communicate results to senior leadership
  • Work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
  • Develop and implement actuarial methods to support business growth and development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Strong background in actuarial science and experience in property and casualty insurance
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with an eagerness to learn programming languages such as Python, SQL, and R
