Key qualifications and experience:

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Proven experience in team leadership and/or supervision while managing multiple priorities
  • Basic computer proficiency to open, save, and send electronic files, use email, and operate Microsoft Word (or similar software)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality concerns
  • Experience in overcoming objections and engaging customers to assess their needs
  • Capability to lift/move materials weighing between 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods
