Job Summary

New Communities Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Residential Care Administrator to lead our 30-bed Pinewood Terrace facility in Maine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and ensuring the highest quality of services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage department managers and staff to deliver exceptional resident care and services
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations, including health care services and MDS-RCA resident level documentation
  • Develop and implement systems to ensure accountability and quality of care
  • Manage financial performance, including census development and budgeting
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners
  • Assess resident referrals and guide admissions
Requirements
  • Valid Maine State PNMI Level IV Residential Care Administrator License or Multi-Level License
  • Minimum of five years of experience leading a long-term care facility
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and industry-specific software programs
