Job Opportunity

ISN Corporation, a leading provider of specialized professional services to Federal government agencies, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee a government contract with the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and delivering high-quality results on time. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies
  • Deliver high-quality results on time, meeting project deadlines and budget
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years' experience managing a professional staff performing a variety of customer service, accounting and auditing functions in insurance operations, pension operations, banking operations or similar financial operations
  • Minimum of two years of experience in managing a call center and associated customer service tasks
  • Demonstrated experience in monitoring system processing, including interfaces
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying, tracking and working automated workflow items
  • Minimum experience of two software cycles based on requested system updates/enhancements
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing automated invoice processing and subsequent collections through lockbox, Electronic Funds Transfer payments and
  • Demonstrated experience investigating suspended transactions, unusual data trends, and other data inconsistencies
  • Demonstrated experience managing staff through monthly accounting period close processes. Demonstrated experience updating formal procedural documents based on protocol changes
  • Experience with PBGC (Pension Benefits Guaranty Corporation) is preferred but not required
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration/management, economics or information systems
