  • Negotiation and Closing:

  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the winches, cranes, hoists, or related industrial equipment industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong technical understanding of winches, cranes, and hoists, including their applications and specifications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

  • Base Salary: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
