- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing and terms with customers, and close sales.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to management.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the winches, cranes, hoists, or related industrial equipment industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong technical understanding of winches, cranes, and hoists, including their applications and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Base Salary: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
- Commission: Performance-based commission structure.
