Role Overview:

The tax division serves a diverse clientele, including individuals, corporations, non-profit organizations, trusts, and various other entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
  • Engage with clients to collect necessary documentation.
  • Identify tax issues and devise effective solutions.


• Deliver innovative tax planning and review intricate income tax returns.

• Supervise tax team members to ensure accurate completion of tax returns.

• Stay updated on legislative and regulatory tax law changes, informing management and the tax team while strategizing on legislative impacts.

• Draft and review technical tax memoranda.

• Liaise with tax authorities to address notices.

• Maintain stringent control procedures over all tax processes.

• Mentor and train staff on relevant procedures and policies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s in Accounting/Tax preferred).
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Public Accounting.
  • Proficient in preparing tax returns for individuals and closely held businesses, including pass-through entities.
  • Strong project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient accounting, analytical, and research skills with a commitment to professional growth.
  • Capable of conveying important information to partners, managers, and clients.
  • Willingness to collaborate with a team and handle administrative tasks as needed.


• Reliable transportation and the ability to work in-person multiple days a week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA License or Candidate status.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks.

• Experience with high-net-worth individuals and multi-state tax returns.

• Knowledge of exempt organization tax returns.
