Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
  • Engage with clients to collect necessary documentation.
  • Deliver outsourced CFO services.
  • Prepare 1099 forms and Business Personal Property Tax filings.
  • Collaborate with management to develop tax strategies for clients.
  • Address tax notices as needed.
  • Conduct annual reviews of accounting records.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s in Accounting/Taxation preferred).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Public Accounting.
  • CPA certification or candidate status.
  • Experience in preparing tax returns for individuals and closely held businesses, including pass-through entities (S Corps and Partnerships).
  • Familiarity with High Net-Worth Individual and multi-state tax returns is advantageous.
  • Experience with Not-for-Profit entity tax returns is a plus.
  • Strong project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and budgets effectively.
  • Proficient in accounting and analytical skills, with a commitment to professional growth.
  • Capability to convey relevant information to partners, managers, and clients.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Willingness to collaborate with a team and assist with administrative duties as necessary.
