Nurse - Intermediate Care Float Pool

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intermediate Care Float Pool team in Chelsea, Massachusetts.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Intermediate Care Float Pool. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in the Intermediate Care Float Pool
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their unique needs and develop effective care strategies
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts
- Med/Surg experience preferred
- Ability to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract
- Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged
