As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care in various critical care areas, including Medical ICU, Burn ICU, Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Cardiac Surgical ICU, and Cardiac ICU.
Responsibilities:- Provide individualized, compassionate, and competent nursing care to patients and families.
- Collaborate with the Nursing Director and Patient Care Team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring safe, efficient, effective, timely, and culturally sensitive care.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to non-professional clinical and support staff as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
- Current licensure in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse.
- 2 years of ICU experience.
- BSN required.
