Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a skilled Contract Specialist to support DARPA's Contracts Management Office (CMO). This team administers contracts, grants, and other transactions in support of DARPA's research and development mission to make pivotal investments in breakthrough technologies for national security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer terms and conditions of Department of Defense Research & Development (FAR Part 35) contracts.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and analyze proposed costs and prices.
- Prepare contract modifications, analyzing procurement policies and procedures.
- Prepare required contract file documentation per the FAR, DFARS, and other relevant policies/regulations.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of work experience with government contracts.
- Experience using Procurement Desktop-Defense technologies, PD2.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, economics, law, or a related field.
- Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance.
Benefits:
- Salary: $100,000-140,000 depending on experience and education level.
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision, 401k, PTO, Paid Federal Holidays.
