- Front Office Duties: Performs receptionist duties with close attention to detail and professionalism.
- Financial Management: Verifies health insurance payment information, educates patients on applicable regulations, collects payments, and records data.
- Charge Entry: Performs data entry of service charges, including the assignment of diagnostic codes and the entering of all physician and clinic-related charges.
- Central Billing Coordination: Coordinates information with the Central Billing Office to ensure all charges are captured and properly collected.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 2-5 years.
