The Lutheran Home is in search of a compassionate and skilled Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to support our day shift operations. In this role, you will be responsible for administering medications and providing essential support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and overall well-being. We value dedicated care professionals who align with our mission of service and dignity.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Administering prescribed medications to residents while maintaining accurate medical records under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Monitoring vital signs and observing residents to assess their responses to medications, and reporting any unexpected reactions to the appropriate personnel.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as required.
- Responding to call lights and taking necessary actions.
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
- Reviewing and implementing resident care plans as outlined.
This position offers a structured 2-week schedule with every other weekend off, requiring work for 7 out of 14 calendar days. Typical hours are from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM.

Required Certifications:
- Current Missouri CMT certification
