Fooda is a leading provider of workplace food programs, operating in 45 cities with over 100 million meals served. We believe that a workplace food program should be something employees love and look forward to every day.

**Position Overview**

We are seeking an Onsite Account Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of one of our clients in New York. This person will be responsible for all aspects of the dining program and will serve as a direct liaison to the client.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of an enterprise client with multiple programs, ensuring a consistently high level of service experience for all customers.
  • Work closely with delivery logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of meals by Fooda drivers, organize, and properly arrange over 300 lunch orders delivered daily.
  • Coordinate and oversee internal catering events at client locations.
  • Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport to determine catering needs.
  • Recruit, train, and manage dedicated hourly staff.
  • Ensure all customers are rung up and properly charged for goods purchased.
  • Manage customer service inquiries on-site and through digital channels.
  • Update and maintain POS and menu software as needed.
  • Perform weekly accounting responsibilities and ensure all financial entries are documented properly within Fooda's systems.
  • Escalate any potential issues or questions occurring to the Operations Manager when necessary to ensure proper procedures are being aligned.
