Position Overview:
As a key member of our hospitality team, the Overnight Guest Services Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences during the night shift.

Responsibilities:
This position encompasses a variety of tasks, including:

  • Conducting nightly audits of financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Preparing and analyzing daily revenue reports by reviewing Point of Service documentation.
  • Managing guest accounts during check-out, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, answering inquiries, and delivering accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Handling cash transactions and maintaining a balanced house bank.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks related to guest services and financial reporting.

Qualifications:
We seek individuals who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
