Position Overview - Coordinator for Lockton's CIP Software Program
The Coordinator will play a vital role in managing client and subcontractor interactions within Lockton's CIP Software Program. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
- Client and Subcontractor Communication: Address inquiries from clients and subcontractors while meticulously documenting all communications, issues, and resolutions.
- Enrollment Management: Facilitate the enrollment process for sponsors and subcontractors into the software program, ensuring all necessary data is accurately captured.
- Data Entry and Validation: Enter and validate data from sponsors and subcontractors, ensuring the accuracy of enrollment forms.
- Payroll and Tracking Information: Collect and confirm payroll and man-hour tracking details from subcontractors.
- Insurance Compliance: Gather subcontractor certificates of insurance, monitoring their accuracy and expiration dates.
- Reporting: Verify and distribute enrollment reports to the project management team, ensuring all information is complete and compliant.
- Insurance Documentation: Review certificates of insurance for completeness and compliance, following up with insurance agents as necessary.
- Metrics and Compliance: Generate reports and compliance metrics for clients, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Policy Understanding: Develop a strong comprehension of insurance policies and related documentation.
Qualifications Required:
- Associate degree in Business or a related discipline; or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in the insurance sector is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Strong time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Participation in meetings, training sessions, and industry workshops is expected.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
- Willingness to enhance knowledge in the commercial insurance field.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
