Your Responsibilities

">
  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy focused on securing and expanding contracts in Healthcare-focused Private Equity firms.">
  • Foster long-term relationships with key decision-makers, procurement officers, and key stakeholders.">
  • Travel flexibility: should be able to join meetings in person and may require travel.">
  • Flexibility with working hours: May need to work in overlap timezone with India.">
  • Leverage the relationship with previous Private Equity experiences and relationship specially in the Portfolio companies in Healthcare sector.">
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities in healthcare sector, build a strong sales pipeline, and maintain accurate forecasts.">
  • Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services and products.">
  • Focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs with an emphasis on measurable outcomes and long-term contract success.">

What You Will Need

">
  • Healthcare sector sales experience, with a major focus on Private Equity owned portfolio industry for Healthcare.">
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and securing contracts.">
  • Ability to think on your feet, and overcome objections with creative solutions.">
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams.">
  • Proficient in contract negotiation and closing deals, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks.">
  • Passion for driving results with minimal supervision, taking ownership of the sales process from lead generation to contract closure.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-level executives.">
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales forecasting software, and other digital platforms used in sales tracking and communication.">
  • Deep understanding of the processes, regulations, and unique requirements of the Healthcare sector.">
