Delta-T Group Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to work as a Residential Care Specialist in the Arlington, VA area.

About the Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and at least one year of relevant work experience. They must also possess a valid driver's license and be in good physical condition. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing supportive counseling, training, and community integration to individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or behavioral issues.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist consumers with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  2. Provide care to consumers as defined by their ISP (Individualized Service Plan)
  3. Monitor the administration of medication as necessary
  4. Transport consumers to activities and appointments as specified by supervisor
  5. Complete required clinical documentation
  6. Maintain a safe and positive environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
  • At least one year of relevant work experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move with ease
