About the Role

Adult & Child Health is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based services to adults experiencing serious mental illness. This role requires a strong commitment to recovery-oriented care and a passion for working in a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop recovery plans in collaboration with the clinical team
  • Provide individual and family therapy, as well as crisis intervention and emergency services
  • Communicate and collaborate with collateral contacts, including healthcare providers and family members
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, maintaining ethical standards
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • License-eligible
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation
