About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing expert behavioral support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customized behavior plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct thorough behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, to identify underlying causes of challenging behavior.
  • Provide direct behavioral treatment to clients, including replacement skills training, social skills training, and crisis de-escalation.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for behavior issues and provide training to reduce restraint use.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
