Sales Performance Manager

American Tire Distributors is seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Manager to join our award-winning Sales Organization. As the nation's premier tire distributor, we have a coast-to-coast distribution network that provides approximately 80,000 customers across the U.S. and Canada with rapid and frequent delivery of high-quality tires, custom wheels, and shop supplies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional looking to drive sales success through sales performance analysis and improvement. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will work closely with dealers to analyze their needs and develop customized solutions to increase their profitability and grow ATD's share of account.
The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is also required. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and drive business growth.
- Work closely with dealers to understand their needs and develop customized solutions to increase their profitability and grow ATD's share of account.
Requirements:
- Experience with sales performance analysis and improvement.
- Knowledge of current materials, methods, tools, i.e., market analysis, financial, and market intelligence tools, and equipment (including technology).
- Minimum High School Graduate or GED; Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate the ATD value proposition.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
