- Guest Service: Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints.
- Operational Execution: Continually hone our operational execution; schedule staffing levels to meet your center's needs and maximize the guest experience.
- Marketing Strategies: Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
- Management Experience: 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Supervisory Skills: The ability to supervise center operations staff.
- Team Player: Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
