Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist

Job Summary:
APPS Paramedical Services is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for conducting quality exams for insurance purposes. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct exams on a mobile basis in the home or office of clients
- Collect vital signs, medical histories, and other necessary information
- Use medical know-how to complete exams efficiently and accurately
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience
- Familiarity with tablets/computers and scanners
- Preferred experience with pediatric and geriatric patients/home health

Orientation and Training:
- 6-hour orientation to verify skills and show paperwork and website used by ICs
Equipment:

- High school diploma or equivalency
- Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certificate preferred
