Position Overview:
We are in search of a highly driven and detail-oriented Shipping Supervisor to become a vital part of our dynamic logistics team.

The Shipping Supervisor will be instrumental in managing our shipping operations, ensuring that all processes are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with company policies and regulations.

As a Shipping Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and managing all facets of shipping operations, ensuring adherence to domestic and international shipping regulations.
- Coordinating with various departments to guarantee timely and precise delivery of products.
- Implementing operational policies and procedures to boost efficiency and productivity within the shipping division.
- Monitoring shipping expenses, timelines, and productivity, while identifying areas for enhancement.
- Addressing any shipping-related challenges or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all shipping activities, including tracking data, costs, and delivery schedules.
- Training, supervising, and assessing shipping personnel, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Staying informed about the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in shipping and logistics.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Shipping Supervisor role will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or freight, preferably within the food and beverage sector.
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity, showcasing strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Thorough understanding of domestic and international shipping regulations and procedures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the capability to effectively resolve shipping-related issues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, enabling the management of multiple shipping activities concurrently.
- Proficiency in utilizing shipping software and other relevant IT systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating effective interaction with team members, other departments, and external stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
