Position Overview:


AssuredPartners is seeking to enhance our Commercial Lines Team with a dedicated Property & Casualty licensed professional. The Commercial Lines Client Relationship Manager will oversee the daily operations concerning clients' insurance requirements.

In this role, you will collaborate with various team members to craft appropriate P&C insurance and risk management solutions while maintaining exceptional service standards for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Support: Maintain accurate client records to provide daily support and address intermediate-level inquiries.

Foster strong business relationships with relevant insurance carrier personnel. Understand and meet carrier goals to enhance business partnerships.

Account Management: Maintain organized files in accordance with company protocols. Adhere to procedures to achieve favorable audit outcomes.

Ensure the accuracy of account details for new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audit for correctness in rating, coverage, and signatures, entering these transactions to generate timely billing invoices.

Review all premium audits per Agency procedures, ensuring timely processing.

Examine accounts receivable reports for all assigned accounts to support client retention.


Insurance Expertise: Utilize technical knowledge to ensure timely receipt of carrier quotes; review quotes for discrepancies and assist with carrier inquiries.

Participate in training and pursue self-directed learning to enhance industry and technical knowledge.

Qualifications:
Active Property and Casualty License preferred.

3+ years of relevant experience and/or training preferred.

Familiarity with available commercial lines coverages based on business and industry.

Proficient in delivering client service through electronic, telephone, and in-person interactions.

Strong problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficient in Agency Management software, with a preference for EPIC, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems.

Skilled in Microsoft Office or similar software, including spreadsheet and presentation tools.
