Overview:
The Enterprise Risk Management Consultant plays a pivotal role in delivering a broad spectrum of risk management insights to organizational leaders.

This position is responsible for spearheading and facilitating the execution of effective risk frameworks and associated management initiatives aimed at minimizing enterprise-wide risk exposures across key sectors of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert oversight, insights, and recommendations aligned with strategic objectives and industry best practices.
- Serve as a seasoned professional, leveraging extensive knowledge in a complex field and understanding of related areas.
- Integrate the overarching strategy of the organization in crafting solutions that span multiple functions or operations.
- Analyze internal and external business challenges, proposing actionable strategies and best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.
- Act as a technical authority, leading cross-functional teams or projects with significant resource demands and complexity.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or technical certification with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced understanding of risk management governance, policies, practices, and reporting mechanisms.
- Proven ability to set and achieve goals that align with strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership in planning, executing, and evaluating project activities to ensure successful outcomes.
- Proficient in mentoring and coaching team members.
- Advanced skills in analytical software tools and data analysis methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships across various teams and functions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Accountabilities:
- Lead the formulation and/or execution of standards, policies, and processes that identify, report, and mitigate operational risks.
- Conduct proactive analyses of potential risks, ensuring timely escalation to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing analysis and reporting on operational risk categories, collaborating with business leaders to address key issues.
- Guide activities related to core operational risk disciplines, including Risk & Control Self-Assessment and Regulatory Compliance.
- Direct the development and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators, facilitating communication and resolution of risk-related issues.
