Position Overview

We are in search of a Creative Video Production Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in video production, with a focus on managing and operating our advanced LED Video production studio. The successful applicant will demonstrate expertise in crafting visually captivating backgrounds utilizing Unreal Engine and designing engaging motion graphics for a wide range of video initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the LED Video production studio.
  • Set up and manage LED video walls and associated equipment for various projects.
  • Ensure all studio equipment is functioning optimally and maintained properly.

Unreal Engine Proficiency:

  • Employ Unreal Engine to develop immersive and dynamic backgrounds for video projects.
  • Keep abreast of the latest features and enhancements in Unreal Engine to improve production capabilities.
  • Collaborate with team members to seamlessly integrate Unreal Engine components into video productions.

Motion Graphics Development:

  • Create and design compelling motion graphics to elevate video content.
  • Produce visually appealing graphics that align with project goals and branding.
  • Work with creative teams to brainstorm and execute innovative motion graphic concepts.

Collaborative Creativity:

  • Engage closely with directors, producers, and other team members to grasp project objectives and requirements.
  • Partner with the creative team to generate and implement original ideas for video content.
  • Contribute creatively to enhance the overall visual quality of the videos.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about advancements in videography and production technologies.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges related to video production equipment and software.
  • Maintain a high level of technical skill to ensure the successful execution of video projects.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in video production.
  • Bachelor's degree in Videography, Film Production, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in operating LED video walls and creating motion graphics.
  • Certification or training in Unreal Engine is advantageous.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video production, Unreal Engine backgrounds, and motion graphics design.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining LED video walls and related technology.
  • Extensive knowledge of Unreal Engine and its application in video production.
  • Strong skills in motion graphics design using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D).
  • Excellent understanding of videography techniques, lighting, and composition.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Awareness of emerging trends in video production and technology.
