Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation as a leader in the manufacturing of high-performance stainless steel pumps and fluid handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality control protocols for raw materials, in-process evaluations, and finished goods.
2. Identify and resolve quality-related issues, leveraging technical expertise and industry best practices.
3. Analyze quality data and lead investigations into customer feedback and complaints.
4. Support ISO audits and maintain essential departmental tools, while assisting in budgeting and equipment procurement.
5. Mentor and train team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications:
- An Associate's degree is required; advanced knowledge of Lean methodologies, Statistical Process Control, and ISO standards is preferred.
- Proven experience in manufacturing with strong problem-solving, communication, and process enhancement skills.
- Proficiency in CMM programming, tool calibration, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with ISO001:2015, PPAP, FAI, and calibration management is essential.
