Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team at GetixHealth. This role is responsible for managing the medical revenue cycle, ensuring timely and accurate payment from patients and insurance providers.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in medical revenue cycle management, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices. They will be responsible for analyzing and resolving payment discrepancies, communicating with patients and healthcare providers, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the medical revenue cycle, including patient billing, insurance claims, and payment processing
  • Analyze and resolve payment discrepancies, utilizing industry knowledge and technical skills
  • Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to resolve issues and ensure timely payment
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, finance)
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in medical revenue cycle management
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, ICD-10)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
