Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist II to join our team at Heluna Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide a range of professional psychological services to clients with psychiatric and co-occurring disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select, administer, and interpret a wide variety of psychological testing instruments to diagnose and evaluate clients.
  • Generate reports of diagnostic and psychological findings and/or treatment recommendations.
  • Perform direct service activities, including diagnostic evaluation, structured clinical interviewing, and individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Utilize various treatment modalities, such as psychotherapy, behavior modification, and evidence-based practices.
  • Evaluate client response to treatment and modify treatment strategies as needed.
  • Participate in professional staff conferences and provide consultation to other medical providers.
  • Initiate and carry out psychological research studies and provide rationale for implementing departmental or service programs.
Requirements
  • Doctorate from an accredited college or university in psychology, educational psychology, or a related field.
  • License to practice as a psychologist issued by the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs, Board of Psychology.
  • Valid California Class C Driver License.
  • Successful clearance through Los Angeles County's Live Scan process.
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a general office setting, indoors, with a temperature-controlled environment.
