Rotating Equipment Technician

Key Responsibilities of the Pump Mechanic:
- Perform repairs, fabrication, installation, and removal of various types of pumps and rotating machinery both on-site and in the field.
Required Qualifications for the Pump Mechanic:
- Experience with rotating machinery is essential.
- Familiarity with pump systems is advantageous.
- Successful completion of a background check, physical assessment, and drug screening is mandatory.
- Must maintain a positive driving record in accordance with company standards.
- Ability to utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers.
- Knowledge of seals is beneficial.
Additional Information:
Physical Requirements: Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. independently and 100 lbs. with assistance.
Work Environment: Primarily situated in an oilfield and workshop setting.
Training/Certifications: Not Applicable
Work Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday with on-call rotations.
Travel Requirements: Not Required
Educational Background: A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
