Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Photolithography Process Development Engineer to join our team at Skorpios Technologies Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, materials science, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in photolithography process development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and sustaining high-yielding processes for state-of-the-art devices in the fields of aerospace, defense, bioelectronics, and high-speed communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior integration engineers, customers, and other development engineers to execute experiments and optimize processes.
  • Partner with product engineering and integration teams to ensure effective new products and process introductions.
  • Analyze metrology results and disposition lots based on data and pass/fail criteria.
  • Communicate results to integration engineering teams and process development engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • BS, MS, PhD in electrical engineering, materials science, physics, or a related field.
  • 2-10+ years of experience in photolithography process development.
  • Previous fab experience as a process sustaining or process development engineer.
  • Ability to operate processing tools, write and run recipes, inspect wafers under the microscope, and perform basic characterization related to photolithography processing.
  • Data extraction, analysis, and reporting experience.
