Compensation Manager Job Description

At ICONMA, we are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our client's compensation programs to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compensation Program Development: Develop and implement compensation programs that attract, engage, and retain top talent.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Vendor Management: Manage and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure they meet service expectations.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders, utilizing data and research to identify trends and recommend new plans/programs.
  • Leadership and Oversight: Provide leadership and oversight to the compensation team, ensuring effective day-to-day operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and Skills: Proven knowledge of compensation design, market analysis, and vendor management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation management, with a proven track record of success.
