This role will focus on enhancing employee development in areas such as Unemployment Insurance, Reemployment services, Labor Market Information, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive research and develop training materials tailored to the agency's objectives.
  • Collaborate with management to assess training needs and deliver targeted programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new hires, focusing on essential regulations and software systems.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.

Work Environment:
This position is on-site and requires a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of four years of experience in planning and delivering educational programs, with a focus on training development. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field may substitute for experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

A degree in Training and Development or related fields, along with experience in adult education and curriculum design. Proficiency in various software applications is also beneficial.


Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
  • Proficient in using Learning Management Systems and other educational technologies.
