Key ResponsibilitiesThe Administrative Service Coordinator will assist in various administrative tasks, including:
- Oversight of service department jobs and pursuit of accountability.
- Maintenance of margin and profitability while providing excellent customer service.
- Development and enhancement of All-Lift's InspectAll Data integrity.
- Creation of electronic folders for service jobs.
- Review of jobs to ensure target margin alignment.
- Coordination of rental equipment delivery to scheduled job locations on-time.
- Management of daily audits and recording of technician logged time.
- Review and update of Work in Progress.
- Maintenance and management of company-owned tools.
- Scheduling and booking of technician travel.
- Billing for completed service jobs, including cost assembly, Sage entry, and invoice preparation.
- Preparation of repair folders detailing symptoms, problems, causes, repairs, and services required.
- Aiding in requesting POs from customers.
- Assistance with parts check-in and determination of necessary parts from breakdowns and emergency calls.
- Support of Service & Maintenance Schedulers with day-to-day scheduling.
- Preparation of quotes for customers as needed.
- Update of job knowledge through educational opportunities and trainings.
