**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Yale University. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for supervising the delivery of patient care and administration of services in our clinics.

**About the Role:**

The successful candidate will have a Bachelors' degree and three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. You will be expected to demonstrate strong management skills, utilizing proven supervisory skills among multiple disciplines.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and ensure that all clinical staff maintain required training skills. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to interact professionally and with exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and physicians.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of patient care and nursing services in multi-specialty physician practice.
  • Assign responsibilities and duties as related to appropriate licensure and experience of staff members.
  • Evaluate staff performance based on professional practice standards and development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions to promote a productive and healthy work environment.
  • Interview, hire, and train clinical staff.

**What We Offer:**
