Job Overview

The Commonwealth Dentistry is seeking a skilled General Dentist to join our team. As a General Dentist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental care to our patients.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $250,000 per year. The successful candidate will have a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school and be licensed to practice in the state.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide hands-on patient care, diagnose and treat diseases of the oral cavity, and promote oral health through educational information.
  • Leadership: Partner with Office Managers to drive positive culture and performance, lead professional staff to deliver services at or above dentistry standards of care, and participate in assessments/interviews of applicant hygienists and dental assistants.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Document treatment plans, manage medical/dental history, ensure necessary diagnosis and coding is properly documented, and ensure compliance with OSHA and dental board procedures.
Requirements
  • A Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • A valid state dental license and malpractice insurance.
  • A valid DEA license.
  • Current CPR Certification.
