Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring a skilled Regulatory Affairs Coordinator in Maplewood, MN. As a Hybrid Regulatory Affairs Coordinator, you will be responsible for investigating, maintaining, and managing regulatory product certification claims data, databases, and documentation systems.

Job Summary

This is a first-shift position requiring strong attention to detail and ability to accurately perform a wide range of procedures. You will work closely with the team to ensure accurate data entries, database management, and clear documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate and manage regulatory product certification claims data, databases, and documentation systems.
  • Maintain clear, concise documentation, experienced in documentation control/coordination.
  • Review technical documents to retrieve information with high-level accuracy.
  • Can read and understand technical documents such as product drawings, test reports, user instructions, product labels, specifications, standards, product claims, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Technical background/experience in a technical field such as engineering, quality, preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, including understanding of Macros, Microsoft Suite.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $30-39 per hour. Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include health, dental, vision, term life, short-term disability, AD&D, 401(k), sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
