Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Clinic RN to provide exceptional nursing care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role involves working under the guidance of department leadership to ensure high-quality patient care in accordance with established clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver comprehensive nursing services while adhering to state regulations and organizational protocols.
  2. Implement the nursing process effectively to enhance patient outcomes and support departmental goals.
  3. Participate actively in quality assurance initiatives, process enhancements, and infection control measures.
  4. Provide specialized care within a designated department, utilizing critical thinking and clinical expertise.

Qualifications

Required:

  1. Accredited nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate, or Diploma).
  2. Valid Registered Nurse License in Washington State upon hire.
  3. Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
  4. ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
  5. A minimum of 3 years of recent nursing experience in inpatient or specialty care settings.

Preferred:

  1. Training in specialized equipment used in the department.
  2. Knowledge of sterilization techniques and sterile procedures.
  3. Certification in specialty nursing (e.g., CCRN, CNOR, CGRN) upon hire.
