The ideal candidate will adeptly manage our properties to enhance performance metrics and increase profitability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution is preferred
  • Professional certifications such as CSM, CPM, CCIM, or CRX/SCSM are advantageous
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing commercial properties, particularly shopping centers
  • Demonstrated success in navigating complex real estate scenarios
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • Experience in budgeting, team management, contracts, construction oversight, and tenant relations

Core Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with property owners and tenants while ensuring a thorough understanding of lease agreements
  • Develop project plans for capital improvements and obtain estimates for tenant enhancements
  • Provide monthly operational reports to stakeholders and assess budget performance
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to maintain service quality and mitigate potential risks
  • Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and maintenance personnel
  • Solicit proposals from vendors and select appropriate contractors for property projects
  • Ensure adherence to emergency protocols and safety standards
  • Manage procurement activities within budget limits and authorize operating expenditures
  • Oversee tenant requests and guarantee prompt responses
